Thai green chicken curry is perhaps the most popular Thai green curry. It was only recently that we tried making some variations of this delicious green curry recipe.  As guests were coming for dinner, mum explained that one of the guests could not eat chicken for various health reasons. We were quite worried as, all the ingredients for the Thai green curry with chicken were ready. We would now need to use either fish or beef instead of chicken. Making an entirely new dish would mean, running to the market to get the rest of the ingredients. It was then that someone mentioned about making the same green curry without chicken.

So we tried the same recipe and this time used beef instead of chicken. The results were amazing, everyone enjoyed the Thai green curry with beef and relished it with hot steamed rice. The chicken remained in the refrigerator and was cooked for lunch the next morning.
